At Jennifer Allan's Sell with Soul, we look at real estate a little differently. We believe that selling real estate should be fun, yet challenging, and...soulful. Our goal is to help real estate agents experience all the success they deserve, while improving the public's perception of the real estate community. Improving that perception, not with creative marketing; but rather by going after the cause of the negative stereotypes...which we believe is the industry's general lack of appreciation and respect for those who make our careers possible, our clients. 

Agents who Sell with Soul respect and appreciate their clients. We do not believe in using tricks or strategies that are insulting or patronizing to the real estate client or prospect. Our advice and recommendations will always place the client firmly in first position, where he or she belongs. 

We also believe real estate agents should be competent before they are set loose on the general public. We don't believe it serves our profession to encourage a "fake it til you make it" attitude with our new licensees. Buyers and sellers of real estate are entrusting us with perhaps their most significant asset and one of their most important financial decisions. And, of course, paying us a hefty commission for our services. It seems only fair that we are qualified and competent before we ask for and accept payment for our professional expertise.

By competent, we mean that we real estate agents should know our market and our systems better than the prospect or client sitting across the table from us. We should be good negotiators. We should be creative problem-solvers. We should understand our contracts.

While there's no substitute for good old fashioned experience, even brand new licensees can be competent in a relatively short period of time, given the proper motivation and mentoring. We want to make that happen... for you!
